- Contribuer à l'élaboration de programmes d'échantillonnage et d'analyse afin de maintenir les normes de qualité
- Participer à l'élaboration de normes et de mesures de santé et de sécurité
- Participer à l'élaboration de procédés liés au génie chimique et à la préparation d'études sur l'approvisionnement, la construction, l'inspection et l'entretien en matière de génie chimique
- Compiler des données et interpréter les résultats des analyses ou des expériences
- Mener des projets pilotes en usine chimique ou pétrochimique
- Préparer et appliquer des programmes d'échantillonnage et d'analyse
- Préparer des solutions liquides ou gazeuses, des réactifs et des échantillons de formule définie
