JOB DESCRIPTION

Terms:

● Full-Time

● Maternity Leave Position (12 months January 2027- December 2027)

Specific Duties:

● Teaching Senior School Physics Courses (Physics 11, Physics 12, AP Physics).

● Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues within and across the school

● Full Participation in student learning and co-curricular activities outside of the school day

● Strong working understanding of differentiated instruction as it applies to teaching in an all-boys school

● Strong working knowledge of current pedagogy, sound assessment practices and learning empowered by technology

Extra-Curricular:

● Experience or willingness to coach will be prioritized

● Demonstrated commitment to co-curricular endeavours is an expectation.

Priority Consideration will be given to candidates who possess the following:

● Current pastoral reference confirming that he/she is a practicing Roman Catholic

● Certificate of Qualification issued by the BC Ministry of Education

Salary Range: $64,171- $115,200, dependent on experience and qualifications
