Buscamos un/a Senior Data Analyst con experiencia en análisis de datos, operaciones y liderazgo transversal, capaz de impulsar iniciativas analíticas y optimización de procesos basados en datos dentro de entornos corporativos complejos. La persona será responsable de generar insights estratégicos, asegurar la calidad de la información y colaborar con distintas áreas para apoyar la toma de decisiones del negocio.
Responsabilidades
Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos para identificar oportunidades de mejora y generación de insights.
Diseñar y desarrollar reportes, dashboards y métricas operativas para seguimiento de KPIs.
Definir reglas de calidad, validación y gobernanza de datos.
Coordinar iniciativas analíticas con equipos de negocio, Data Engineering y liderazgo ejecutivo.
Liderar y dar seguimiento a iniciativas estratégicas orientadas a optimización de procesos y operaciones.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en procesos operacionales y analíticos.
Comunicar hallazgos y recomendaciones a stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.
Experiencia senior en análisis de datos, reporting y optimización de procesos dentro de entornos corporativos complejos.
Dominio de SQL para consulta y manipulación de datos.
Experiencia utilizando Python para análisis y automatización.
Manejo de herramientas de visualización como Power BI o Tableau.
Conocimiento en Data Governance, calidad de datos y definición de métricas operativas.
Experiencia colaborando con equipos de negocio, Data Engineering y stakeholders ejecutivos.
Capacidad para liderar iniciativas analíticas y proyectos estratégicos.
Inglés avanzado (C1) para comunicación en entornos internacionales.
Perfil analítico, estratégico, autónomo y orientado a resultados.
Deseable experiencia con herramientas adicionales de analytics y automatización de procesos.
