Job Responsibility:
Job Summary As a Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of employees within a specific department or organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full time in class role with administration time provided.
Duties - Manage and supervise a team of employees- Provide guidance, support, and training to staff members- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve organizational goals
Skills - Proficiency in computer operation for data management and reporting- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent organizational abilities to coordinate team activities- Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire team members- Ability to write reports, memos, and other business correspondence- Experience in classroom or special education is a plus- Knowledge of educational processes to effectively educate and train staff members
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
