• Lead a large, established branch with a team of approximately 35–40 people. 

What You Will Do 

• Lead all daily branch operations – yard, shop, rental counter, service, dispatch, sales support, and administration. 

• Own full branch P&L, profitability, rental revenue, utilization, and EBITDA performance. 

• Drive market growth, build strong customer relationships, and support the outside/inside sales teams. 

• Coach, develop, and motivate a large team while building a positive, people-first branch culture. 

• Champion safety through daily huddles, inspections, hazard identification, and 5S standards. 

• Oversee fleet readiness, equipment utilization, on-time delivery/pickup, and service coordination. 

What You Bring 

• Equipment rental industry experience is required (e.g., aerial lifts, forklifts, material handling, or heavy equipment rental). Candidates from national/regional rental companies are strongly preferred. 

• 5+ years of proven branch, operations, or general management experience running a branch or profit centre. 

• Strong business acumen – hands-on experience with P&L, budgeting, and financial performance. 

• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and employee engagement skills. 

• Sales-minded and operationally driven, with excellent communication and customer relationship skills. 

• Valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record.
