Summary of Position The School Secretary provides expert administrative support including secretarial, financial management, reception and clerical duties to advance the needs of staff, students and parents. As a School Secretary, you will be the hub of the school and will be responsible for directing the flow of activities and will play an integral role in the smooth and effective operation of the school including demonstrating the values of Living Sky School Division and your school community. Qualifications Graduate of Office Administration Certificate or Diploma program or a grade 12 education with 3-5 years relevant experienceIntermediate to advanced level technical/computer skills (ie. Microsoft Suite)
Functional proficiency/experience with typical accounting software (ie. Quickbooks)
Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract with access to a reliable vehicle
