Job : Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Experience
- One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)
Education
- Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
Licenses
- Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required.
- Pool Operator certificate, where required
