Part-Time Live-Out Nanny / Household Assistant (20 Hours/Week) We're a friendly family in the Port Moody/Coquitlam area looking for a caring, dependable, and proactive live-out nanny/household assistant to help our family four mornings a week. Schedule

• Tuesday to Friday
• 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
• Approximately 20 hours per week

About Us: We're two working parents with a wonderful 5-year-old daughter, Sophie, and a friendly large dog. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with children, takes initiative, and takes pride in helping a household run smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Help Sophie get ready for school each morning.
• Prepare and serve a simple breakfast.
• Walk Sophie to and from our neighbourhood school (about a 10 minute walk).
• Walk our family dog.
• Prepare simple, healthy vegetarian meals and snacks.
• Light housekeeping, including dishes, laundry, tidying, and keeping the kitchen and common areas organized.
• Help with other light household tasks as needed to keep our home running smoothly.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Kind, patient, and engaging with young children.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Comfortable with large dogs.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a requirement.
• Previous childcare experience and strong references are preferred.
