WE’RE HIRING — Bakery Production & Customer Service Team Member

4 days/week, including weekends | Entry Level

We’re looking for a fast, organized and energetic person to join our small bakery team.

No bakery or professional cooking experience is required. Basic cooking knowledge—even just from cooking at home—is important, along with a genuine interest in food and enthusiasm for learning.

We’re looking for someone who likes to stay busy, learns quickly and has a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit—someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative and naturally looks for better and more efficient ways of doing things.

Cleaning is a big part of the position, particularly at the beginning. As you learn our kitchen, recipes and systems, you’ll gradually take on more baking and food production

The role includes:

• Baking and learning to make many of our bakery items

• Meal prep, sandwiches and savoury foods

• Batch preparation and ingredient prep

• Cleaning and keeping the bakery extremely organized

• Helping develop faster and more efficient ways of working

• Serving customers and working the front counter when needed

• Packaging, stocking and keeping displays looking great

• Jumping in wherever needed during a busy day.

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Are quick and efficient and like getting things done

• Are clean and organized

• Have basic cooking skills and love food

• Are enthusiastic about learning to bake

• Take initiative instead of waiting to be told every next step

• Are friendly, comfortable talking with customers and provide great service (English proficiency)

• Can switch between kitchen production and helping at the front

• Are dependable and comfortable working independently

• Enjoy finding smarter, more efficient ways of doing things

This is an entry-level position, so experience isn’t what matters most to us. We’re looking for the right person—someone with energy, common sense, curiosity and a strong work ethic who wants to learn and grow with us.

Schedule: 4 days per week, including many weekends.
