Vice & Virtue Brewing Co. is a small brewery / restaurant in Kelowna's North-End. We focus on providing a great customer experience by making great beer, tasty food and providing full table service.
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic addition to the front of house team.
The role requires the applicant to be able to work from 11 am till 11pm
Tasks will included:
· Work closely with the general manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
· Maintain high standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness
· Creating and managing the Schedule for Foh
· Play a strong role in leading and motivating the team·Managing various administrative tasks· Help with training new staff· Provide exceptional customer service and elevate guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations· Be a problem solver and a supportive team player.
· Current BC Serving it Right
· Attention to detail and cleanliness.
· Be available for all shifts
