CRO Specialist for Shopify Brands

Elevate conversion rates as a dedicated CRO Specialist in our fast-growing agency focused on Shopify e-commerce brands. Lead post-purchase optimization and build funnels to enhance revenue. In this dynamic role, you'll manage and test across a diverse portfolio of client accounts, taking ownership of initiatives such as building upsell funnels and optimizing checkout processes. Collaborating closely with our strategy lead, your expertise in conversion rate optimization will guide your independent testing and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Build post-purchase upsell funnels in AfterSell
Design conversion-focused funnel creatives in Figma
Run A/B tests and document results meticulously
Improve checkout conversion rates with strategic changes
Collaborate on optimization ideas and next tests

Requirements:

Deep understanding of conversion optimization
Experience with AfterSell and Shopify platforms
Proven ability to run structured A/B tests
Competent in Figma for funnel designs
Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus
