Develop and maintain a referral network to generate mortgage originations. Identify and pursue sales opportunities, acting as a customer advocate throughout the mortgage application and processing cycle. Design and execute marketing and promotion programs to attract potential homeowners. Collaborate with branch teams to hand off customers, finalize documentation, and refer non‑mortgage needs. Seek cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities to achieve individual and branch sales and profitability goals. Participate in events, trade shows, and community activities to enhance the bank’s presence. Maintain accurate records in internal systems and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders. Analyze data to provide insights, develop reports, and support strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks. Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in mortgage lending or related field. Post‑secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. In‑depth understanding of the mortgage lending process and regulatory environment. Strong interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of personal banking, investments, trust services, business and commercial lending, and cash management. Proficiency in analytical and problem‑solving techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and influence skills. Salary & Benefits
