Complex Research Analyst Role

Take on the role of Research Analyst with the College of Nurses of Ontario, focusing on complex research and evaluation projects that impact nursing regulations. In this position, you will report to the Director of Analytics and Research, engaging in diverse tasks such as literature reviews, data collection, and advanced statistical analysis. Your role will involve supporting research officers and maintaining key relationships with partners, facilitating effective communication and dissemination of research findings. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews and data instrument designs
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Support administrative tasks related to research efforts
- Create comprehensive reports and dynamic presentations
- Manage relationships and requests from research partners
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative/social science
- Minimum 1 year of research or evaluation work
- Training in statistical software (e.g. R, SAS)
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail in documentation and reporting
