Yardi Voyager Finance Systems Manager

Administer Yardi Voyager and financial systems as a Finance Manager supporting configuration, reporting, and data integrity. This opportunity is based in the Greater Toronto Area.

Our real estate investment company client seeks a Finance Manager with three to five-plus years administering Yardi Voyager or similar property management systems. You will support accounting, property management, leasing, and real estate operations through implementations, upgrades, integrations, and change management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer Yardi Voyager and configure workflows, permissions, and security roles
Support testing, upgrades, deployments, and approved system enhancements
Maintain account trees, charge codes, properties, entities, and reporting structures
Resolve user, data quality, reporting, and configuration issues
Support integrations, audits, reconciliations, and critical reporting cycles

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, technology, computer science, or related field
Three to five-plus years administering Yardi Voyager or similar systems
Experience supporting accounting, property management, leasing, or real estate operations
Strong Yardi Voyager configuration and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of controls, audits, segregation of duties, and documentation standards
