Join as a High-Commission HVAC Closing Expert in Ottawa and turn leads into contracts. Benefit from pre-qualified appointments with no prospecting required. We seek a results-driven professional for in-home HVAC solution sales in Ottawa. This role emphasizes conversion of warm leads into signed contracts, with at least two years of HVAC sales expertise preferred. You will conduct 3-4 pre-set sales consultations daily, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills to navigate objections and close deals in one visit. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales consultations to engage leads
- Average 3–4 booked appointments per day, pre-arranged
- Deliver powerful presentations and close on the first visit
- Clarify prices, product details, and financing options robustly
- Process and submit signed documentation for sales
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience
- Proven closing experience desirable
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to excel in a self-directed, performance-focused environment
