Finance Director at Brookfield Infrastructure

As a Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in the Brookfield Infrastructure Finance and Operations team, reporting to the Vice President of Finance. This position requires strong leadership, with responsibility for reviewing quarterly financial statements, managing capital calls, and working closely with service providers. You will also oversee valuations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Review quarterly financial statements per US GAAP and IFRS
- Present quarterly results to senior management effectively
- Manage relationships with various service providers
- Oversee fund operations, including liquidity and forecasting
- Analyze complex accounting issues for new acquisitions
- University degree and CPA/CA designation
- Minimum seven years in finance/accounting roles
- Experience in private funds preferred
- Strong knowledge of investment management processes
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills
