Front Desk Agent Keskorie Boarding Home Location 4105 Franklin Ave, , NT Yellowknife, NT Salary 25.00 to 26.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week Full time Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Flexible hours, To be determined Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Register arriving guests and assign rooms Resolve complaints and claims Process group arrivals and departures Take, cancel and change room reservations Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying) Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Assist clients/guests with special needs Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties Provide customer service Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge Spreadsheet Internet Additional information Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Organized Team player Until: 2026-04-26
