Nous recrutons des représentant(e)s aux ventes internes afin de joindre une équipe à fort impact qui stimule la croissance auprès de comptes stratégiques. Il s’agit d’une porte d’entrée vers un rôle complet de ventes SaaS de niveau « Enterprise » pour des candidat(e)s ayant déjà une certaine expérience en conclusion de ventes (par exemple, en tant que représentant(e) de comptes junior, gestionnaire de comptes ou représentant(e) aux ventes internes), et souhaitant élargir leurs responsabilités.
Vous serez responsable de conclure des transactions en deçà d’un seuil défini, tout en appuyant un groupe de représentant(e)s de comptes sur le terrain par des activités de prospection sortante, de suivi des pistes entrantes, de renouvellements et de soutien lors d’événements. Il s’agit d’un rôle complet de gestion du cycle de vente, avec une responsabilité réelle en matière de revenus – idéal pour une personne souhaitant évoluer vers des ventes stratégiques de type « enterprise » dans un environnement en forte croissance.
Ce que vous ferez:
- Gérer le cycle complet de ventes pour les transactions en deçà d’un montant défini.
- Collaborer avec 3 à 4 représentant(e)s de comptes sur le terrain afin de soutenir la prospection sortante et les plans de comptes.
- Gérer et exécuter les renouvellements pour les comptes assignés dans votre territoire.
- Effectuer rapidement et efficacement le suivi des pistes entrantes.
- Stimuler la participation et assurer le suivi en lien avec les activités marketing et les événements terrain.
- Maintenir des données CRM précises, effectuer des prévisions fiables et demeurer aligné(e) avec votre équipe territoriale.
À propos de vous:
- 2 à 4 années d’expérience en ventes SaaS ou technologiques, incluant certaines responsabilités de conclusion (AE, AM, ISR ou équivalent).
- Succès démontré dans la gestion d’un processus de vente, de la qualification à la conclusion, dans un contexte commercial ou transactionnel.
- Familiarité avec les processus de vente, les systèmes CRM et les flux de travail basés sur les comptes.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et verbale : claires, concises et affirmées.
- Volonté d’apprendre, de progresser et de bâtir une carrière à long terme en ventes « enterprise ».
- Attitude proactive et sens de l’organisation – gestion rigoureuse du temps et des priorités.
- Esprit collaboratif axé sur l’équipe, avec le désir de contribuer à la mise en place d’une nouvelle fonction dès ses débuts.
Une attention particulière est accordée aux candidats présentant les caractéristiques suivantes:
- Expérience dans la gestion de renouvellements ou d’expansions au sein de comptes existants.
- Connaissance de Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.
- Expérience en vente auprès de clientèles manufacturières, industrielles ou de maintenance.
- Succès avéré en collaboration étroite avec les ventes terrain ou en soutien aux représentant(e)s de comptes.
