Contract Administrator Calgary Construction
DIALOG
Lead construction contract administration at DIALOG in Calgary, applying site review and change management expertise to multidisciplinary projects.As an Intermediate Contract Administrator, you will support project delivery through construction with clients, contractors, and project teams. Your work includes contract procedures, construction documentation, payment certification, and field reviews. You will help protect design intent while coordinating consultant input and addressing construction issues.Key Responsibilities:
Manage contract administration phases and enforce contract requirementsConduct site reviews and direct corrective actionCoordinate RFIs, SIs, PCNs, COs, CDs, and submittalsMonitor progress and validate progress claimsReview close-out documentation, including manuals and as-builtsRequirements:
Five or more years in contract administration or construction coordinationWorking knowledge of building codes and construction proceduresKnowledge of CCDC 2, CCDC 5A, and CCDC 5B contractsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and site travel availabilityApply contract administration, field review, and change management expertise to construction delivery with DIALOG in Calgary.
