B2b Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Build EERS 2LIVE’s revenue engine through B2B demand generation, CRM management, and pipeline ownership across MRI markets. This senior role is commercially focused.As Marketing and Demand Generation Manager, you will own the funnel from lead generation through conversion. You will build campaigns, manage qualified leads, and report performance. The role partners directly with the Director of Commercialization while supporting MRI diagnostic, interventional, remote scanning, and research applications.Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize email, digital, webinar, and outbound campaignsTrack MQLs and SQLs through the CRM end-to-endReport pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and funnel health weeklyMaintain CRM hygiene, routing, attribution, and actionable lead dataPartner directly with the Director of CommercializationRequirements:
5+ years of B2B marketing experienceDirect ownership of demand generation and sales pipeline functionsHands-on HubSpot or Salesforce experienceExperience partnering with sales leadership on revenue targetsDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldBring data-driven demand generation, CRM expertise, and sales partnership to EERS 2LIVE’s MRI-focused revenue growth.
