Elevate digital experiences at Capital One as a Principal Associate in Design Operations, steering process improvements and AI solutions in a collaborative hybrid environment.
As an integral member of our Experience Design (XD) team, you will navigate and enhance the design landscape through standardized workflows and advanced tooling. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency, support product launches, and ensure high-quality design standards consistently across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement XD workflows and SOPs for efficiency
• Oversee XD tooling ecosystems with security and quality in mind
• Partner with leadership for cross-functional product support
• Assess and propose improvements to design processes
• Facilitate AI governance and enhance team capabilities
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in Design Operations or Program Management
• Expertise in design tools like Figma and accessibility applications
• Familiar with AI tools for enhancing operational processes
• Experience in Service Design for internal teams
• Proven experience in fast-paced environments handling complex tasks
