Key Responsibilities

• Operate a band saw to break down whole tuna into loins
• Make clean, precise cuts while maintaining yield
• Trim and portion tuna to quality specifications
• Keep cuts and product presentation consistent
• Meet daily production targets
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
• Keep the workstation clean and organized
• Support overall production flow

Requirements

• Hands-on tuna loining experience and comfort with band saws in production
  
• Understanding of yield, product handling, and quality standards
  
• Fast-paced seafood processing experience

• Physically capable of production work
