Data And Ai Product Manager

Shape data and AI products at Toronto Pearson in a hybrid Product Manager role focused on operations, maintenance, and measurable outcomes.Reporting to the Associate Director, Product Management, you will translate business priorities into durable products. The portfolio covers airport operations, passenger processing, baggage, safety, facilities, assets, and maintenance. You will guide discovery, roadmaps, requirements, backlogs, governance, and benefits realization.Key Responsibilities:
Build multi-horizon data and AI product roadmapsLead ideation, intake, prioritization, and product discoveryOwn requirements and Azure DevOps backlogsDefine adoption, health, and value measuresAdvance Toronto Pearson’s data-as-a-product frameworkRequirements:
Seven-plus years in product or adjacent technology workFour-plus years shaping complex data or AI productsExperience developing roadmaps, business cases, and prioritized backlogsTechnical fluency across data, analytics, AI, and MLOpsBachelor’s degree and Transportation Security Clearance eligibilityBring product management, Azure DevOps, data, analytics, and AI expertise to Toronto Pearson’s operational transformation.
