Shape value-focused recommendations.As an experienced Asset Manager, you will maximize financial performance and long-term asset value. Your work spans rent rolls, operating expenses, discounted levered cash flows, budgets, forecasts, valuation, and strategic planning. Aventus Development Corp. develops modern communities across Ontario and Quebec.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor rent rolls, expenses, cash flows, budgets, and forecastsDevelop short-, medium-, and long-term asset strategiesBuild models supporting leasing, financing, investment, and development decisionsEvaluate lease economics and capital expendituresProvide recommendations on risks, gaps, opportunities, and performanceRequirements:
Five-plus years in real estate asset management or financeBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, Economics, or related fieldStrong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skillsAdvanced Excel and AI-enabled forecasting and reporting proficiencyCFA progress or designation, or MBA, is an assetApply real estate valuation, Excel modeling, and investor thinking to guide Aventus assets and strategic decisions.
