About the Role
Rudyb Travel is seeking a Luxury Travel Specialist to deliver elevated, white-glove service to our discerning clientele. In this remote, client-facing role, you will curate seamless travel experiences while serving as a trusted point of contact from initial consultation through post-travel follow-up.
This position is ideal for a polished professional who is service-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional, personalized travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch, concierge-level support to clients
- Coordinate bespoke luxury travel arrangements and customized itineraries
- Manage booking details with precision and discretion
- Communicate proactively to ensure a seamless client experience
- Resolve inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or luxury service environments preferred
- High attention to detail and organizational excellence
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
