You will own production pipelines, real-time serving, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining. Your scope includes MLOps standards, feature store direction, peer review, and mentorship.Key Responsibilities:
Own production ML systems from training through retrainingSet MLOps and ML engineering standards across the teamShape feature store and platform roadmap prioritiesEstablish systematic model evaluation and regression testingPresent work and align senior leadership and cross-functional partnersRequirements:
Experience training, deploying, serving, and maintaining production modelsStrong communication and stakeholder alignment skillsExpert SQL and production-grade Python capabilitiesExperience with Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and cloud infrastructureOwnership of model quality beyond shipping speedUse architectural judgment, rigorous evaluation, and production engineering to strengthen Jobber’s machine learning systems and standards.
