Job Description
The Role
We are seeking an Associate Consultant to support our advisory teams on high-impact projects. This role is ideal for early- to mid-career professionals with analytical skills, an interest in the legal or public sector, and a desire to gain exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
You will work closely with Senior Advisors to deliver research, data analysis, client materials, and practical recommendations that directly support our clients’ goals.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis relevant to client projects
Support the development of presentations, reports, and other client deliverables
Assist in mapping processes, workflows, and organizational structures
Collaborate with Senior Advisors to prepare strategic recommendations
Facilitate project logistics and stakeholder communications
Learn and contribute to best practices in legal and public sector consulting
Ideal Profile
1–5 years of experience in consulting, law, public policy, government, or related fields
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills
Interest in legal institutions, governance, or public sector operations
Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
