Manage treasury, liquidity, and cash management projects in a hybrid Downtown Toronto assignment using strong financial controls. Bring project coordination and reporting expertise to a leading Canadian financial institution.As a Project Manager 3, you will manage one or two projects from initiation through closeout under a Director, DPMO. The work requires project governance, stakeholder coordination, financial management, and enterprise documentation. You will collaborate across Business, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders throughout delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Drive project activities across the complete project lifecyclePrepare agendas, facilitate meetings, and document decisionsManage budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoices, and reconciliationsTrack milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and actionsPrepare executive reporting and maintain governance artifactsRequirements:
Five or more years of project management experienceKnowledge of methodologies, governance, CA-PPM/Clarity, and PeopleSoftwareExperience managing project financials and financial reconciliationStrong Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reportingUniversity degree in business or a related fieldApply treasury project management, financial analysis, governance, and stakeholder coordination skills across hybrid Toronto-based banking projects.
