Afternoon Distribution Lead Position

Step into a leadership role with a dependable client as the Afternoon Distribution Lead. Oversee outbound operations and support a hands-on warehouse team in a bilingual environment. This role requires an experienced warehouse professional skilled in accuracy and safety. As the Afternoon Distribution Lead, you will ensure shipments are processed timely while leading your team. You'll utilize your expertise in Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanning to streamline operations while providing training and support to colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate picking and loading of outbound orders
• Ensure shipping documentation and loading procedures are completed
• Prepare Bills of Lading for outbound trucks
• Confirm safe loading for scheduled vehicle departures
• Monitor daily orders for on-time shipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse distribution
• Prior leadership experience in a warehouse setting
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computing
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds throughout shifts
