Compensation: $120,000 base salary + uncapped commission

OTE: $160,000-200,000

Our client, an established digital consulting and technology services firm, is looking for a new business hunter and natural relationship builder to grow its GTA territory.

The organization helps businesses design and build digital products and explore how AI can improve operations, customer experiences, and business performance .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, making connections, and turning initial conversations into long‑term partnerships. You’ll build a strong local presence through targeted prospecting, client meetings, trade shows, and industry networking.

What Will You Do?

• Win new clients through cold calling, personalized outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Build relationships with executives and decision‑makers responsible for technology, innovation, operations, and business growth.
• Uncover opportunities where AI, custom software, and digital products can deliver measurable value.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry events , turning introductions into qualified opportunities.
• Develop a territory plan that prioritizes target accounts, industry connections, and new business opportunities.
• Lead the sales process from initial conversation through discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing, working alongside technical specialists.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and a healthy pipeline, with accountability for prospecting activity, revenue, and sales targets.
• Develop lasting client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

What Do You Bring?

• 5+ years of successful B2B business development experience in technology services, digital consulting, custom software, or related solutions.
• A proven record of generating your own pipeline and closing new business .
• A true hunter mentality: you’re comfortable picking up the phone, approaching new contacts, and pursuing opportunities consistently.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to earn trust with senior decision‑makers.
• The ability to discuss AI’s business applications , ask thoughtful discovery questions, and involve technical experts when needed.
• Confidence attending trade shows and networking events, with disciplined follow‑up afterward.
• Strong organization, CRM discipline, and ownership of your results.
• GTA residency and availability for local client meetings and industry events.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.
