Lead Mimica's product strategy as the inaugural Head of Product in a fully remote role. Drive innovative AI solutions and enhance process efficiencies across the enterprise environment. As Mimica's first Head of Product, you will shape and implement our macro strategy, leading product management through pivotal growth. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, focusing on developing robust product roadmaps that deliver measurable customer outcomes. This role emphasizes mentorship, team empowerment, and alignment of product vision across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and champion global product strategy and roadmap
- Document and communicate product vision for clarity and alignment
- Mentor Product Managers and Designers for team growth
- Improve product function operating models and decision processes
- Manage stakeholder alignment and handle escalations effectively
- Proven experience as Head of Product in a scale-up
- Background in data-heavy or AI-powered products
- Exceptional people management and coaching skills
- Strong stakeholder management across Engineering and Commercial
- Proficient in English with excellent technical communication
