Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategic planning for IT initiatives
• Evaluate and select AI development tools and platforms
• Guide teams in implementing secure, compliant solutions
• Manage relationships across IT and business units
• Support metrics tracking for project success
Requirements:
• 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ in leadership
• Experience with developer tools and AI frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD and secure coding practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
