(Application Engineer)

Application and Project Engineering (80%)

1. Evaluate customer requirements. Select and quote optimal Aquarian level products for each application. Correspond with the customer to resolve any questions. Product selections must meet customer specifications for design temperatures and pressures, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code requirements, and all other customer performance requirements. Obtain quotes for special items as required.

2. Provide quotation, preliminary drawings and other documentation as required for project proposals.

3. When purchase order is awarded, serve as the project Engineer. Prepare production drawings and all other project related documentation required for the customer and for FPS manufacturing. This includes the manufacturing schedule, expected completion date, and purchase of special items.

Sales(10%)

1. Make national and international sales trips to conduct distributor training, visit customers, and make presentations to engineering firms and boiler manufacturing customers. Sales trips are coordinated by the Aquarian Sales Manager.

2. Attend trade shows and conferences to promote products.

Product Development and Field Service (10%)

1. Modify existing products to reduce cost or improve performance.

2. Design new products and manage development from concept to production. Obtain required product certifications.

3. Visit customers to evaluate issues, repair equipment, conduct training and provide support during commissioning of new systems.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

2. Valid Passport with no travel restrictions

3. Valid Driver's License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
