We are currently accepting resumes for a permanent, full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our Saskatoon office. We are seeking a driven, team-oriented individual who shares our champion mindset and values. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, a passion for teamwork, and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales Growth – Proactively develop new and existing customer relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure exceptional service.
• Assist senior sales representatives with order entry and inventory coordination.
• Project Bids – Support in developing and preparing project bids.
• Record Keeping – Create and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Time Management – Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Other duties as assigned – Support additional sales-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• A post-secondary degree is preferred.
• Proven customer service and/or sales experience
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven
• A "How Can I Help?" attitude – a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Highly organized, with the ability to track, manage, and follow through on details
• Proficiency in MS Office particularly: Word, Excel and Outlook
