Elevate guest experiences as the Front of House Supervisor at Kellys Landing. This role focuses on leading service teams while managing bar operations and marketing programs. Kellys Landing seeks a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to enhance hospitality and oversee daily restaurant operations. You will lead by example, ensuring excellent guest interactions and efficient service during peak times. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for motivating a high-performing team and addressing guest feedback in real time. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a floor leader during service and engage guests
- Support servers with order taking and table maintenance
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness across dining and service areas
- Coach team members to uphold service standards
- Previous restaurant experience, leadership a plus
- Strong focus on guest experience and hospitality
- Excellent communication skills for team support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling cash and end-of-shift procedures
