Experienced Legal Assistant in Toronto Law Firm

As a Legal Assistant, you will manage lawyers' calendars, prepare legal documents, and liaise with clients and courts. Prepare and proofread legal documents accurately
Organize lawyers' schedules and maintain files
Open and close client files as per procedures
Communicate with clients, courts, and other firms
Assist with billing and general administrative tasks

Requirements:

Legal Assistant diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of legal assistant experience
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
