As a Senior Life Underwriter at Empire Life, you will be pivotal in our Retail Underwriting team. This role requires a solid foundation in individual underwriting—at least 3 years—and offers the chance to lead projects and coach less experienced underwriters. You'll be collaborating with sales teams to produce profitable outcomes across various client applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in underwriting
• Proficient analytical and problem-resolution abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Relevant university degree in life sciences, nursing, or kinesiology
• Completion of FLMI or pursuing FALU is beneficial
