Inpho is on the cutting edge of photonics solutions and seeks an Optical Reliability Engineer to lead reliability efforts for InP-based components. Collaborating with various teams, you will delve into the degradation mechanisms and inform design improvements through thorough testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assessments of lasers, modulators, and photodiodes
• Investigate optical degradation and its correlation with device attributes
• Create reliability screening methodologies for optical devices
• Analyze key performance metrics affecting device quality
• Collaborate with teams to define reliability specifications for new products
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Science
• 3+ years experience in semiconductor reliability
• Strong grasp of III-V semiconductor device degradation
• Proficient in statistical analysis tools
• Experience working with external partners in optical testing
