Lead digital transformation from anywhere in British Columbia as the Senior Vice President of Digital Growth and Innovation at Coastal Community Credit Union. Drive sustainable growth, partner across business lines, and elevate member experiences.
As a pivotal leader, the SVP will shape the digital vision and strategy, focusing on digital banking, AI integration, and innovation management. This position entails managing a new digital line of business while collaborating with key partners in personal and business banking, wealth management, and insurance. Your expertise will be essential in driving impactful digital marketing and enhancing member relationships through advanced strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set and execute a digital vision with the CIDO
• Build a new digital business model aligned with strategic goals
• Develop budgets for digital initiatives and monitor performance
• Drive AI adoption for personalized member engagement
• Collaborate with leaders across business lines for seamless integration
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in business or finance; Master’s preferred
• 12+ years in financial services or digital products
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven success in launching digital banking products
• Deep expertise in digital marketing strategies
