The position covers conceptual and detailed design, system layout, technical issue resolution, and design integration. Experience with equipment, process, systems, or mechanical design supports the responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
Perform conceptual and detailed design for project systemsEvaluate designs and resolve technical issuesPrepare procurement requests and technical bid evaluationsInterface with clients, suppliers, and other disciplinesEnsure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirementsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering disciplineMinimum four years of relevant industrial engineering experienceUnderstanding of process systems and equipment designExperience supporting procurement, vendors, or commissioning activitiesStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsBring systems design, equipment evaluation, and multidisciplinary coordination experience to nuclear engineering projects with AtkinsRéalis.
