In this full-time role, you will spearhead product strategy and roadmap for an innovative AI-native fintech platform. Your expertise will guide product prioritization and enhance customer engagement. Engage with founders and mentor Product Managers to scale operations and profitability effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Own product strategy across the AI product portfolio • Determine investment priorities and market validation strategies • Develop compelling product narratives and value propositions • Mentor and develop two Product Managers on the team • Collaborate closely with engineering and go-to-market teams

Requirements: • 7+ years of Product Management experience • 2+ years mentoring Product Managers • SaaS or multi-product platform leadership experience • Strong product positioning and storytelling skills • AI fluency and experience in fintech environments
