Expected Start Date: August 21, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: The Meadows City/Town: Swift Current Department: Residential Care Unit-RN Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.09 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 5 shifts of 8 hours per 12 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job : Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the Nursing Unit Coordinator (NUC) will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations and the resident flow of the Long Term Care Facility, and for developing and fostering an Eden resident centered care environment. The incumbent will facilitate the encouragement of critical thinking skills of the nursing staff as they are fostered to work to their full scope of practice. Some of the incumbents time will provide support to acute care in the facility or community. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience
- Experience in change management
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant long term care nursing experience
- Experience in gerontology is an asset
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Level C Certificate (CPR)
