Analyst for Go-To-Market Strategy

Engage in transformative business practices as a Senior Analyst in the Go-To-Market (GTM) Evolution Team. Focus on process optimization to elevate organizational performance and drive success. This integral position entails partnering with multi-functional leaders to fulfill the transformation agenda. You will analyze capabilities, lead change initiatives, and facilitate workshops to align objective-driven strategies. Moreover, you will establish robust relationships to support ongoing initiatives efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cross-functional execution of GTM workflows
  • Conduct problem analysis and capability modelling
  • Serve as an advisor on process design
  • Define plans and prepare materials for workshops
  • Develop stakeholder engagement and change strategies
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in process optimization or transformation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical expertise
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
  • Proven track record of rapport-building
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity
