Senior Operational Resilience Advisor Toronto
TD Bank Group
Toronto-based Senior Operational Resilience Advisor specializing in resilience governance, risk metrics, and executive communication within TD’s office-focused model.This senior role supports TD’s Resilience Management team within the Protect Platform, Global Technology and Solutions pillar. You will assess portfolio resilience, interpret quantitative and qualitative information, and communicate insights to executives, governance teams, and control functions. The work covers Business Continuity and Operational Resilience.Key Responsibilities:
Provide portfolio assurance oversight and resilience guidanceReport performance metrics, timelines, trends, and management concernsLead operational resilience testing activitiesFacilitate observation management following portfolio testingPresent resilience insights to diverse stakeholdersRequirements:
University or college education in a relevant disciplineTen or more years supporting specified business portfolios or control functionsDeep knowledge of resilience regulations, including OSFI E-21Experience with risk assessments and scenario testingStrong Microsoft 365, analytical, and communication skillsApply resilience governance, risk analysis, testing, and executive communication skills as TD’s Senior Operational Resilience Advisor in Toronto.
