Key Responsibilities
- Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently
- Lead shifts and support senior leadership team members
- Contribute to positive team morale and manage budgetary goals
- Ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs
Key Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Desire to develop and motivate team members
- Committed to continuous improvement
- Energetic, positive, and inclusive
- Previous culinary leadership experience is a plus
