Event Captain 

REPORTS TO: Event Manager / Event Coordinator 

ROLE: Assistant to Event Manager and Event Coordinator, third in command in department, to create memorable experiences with attentive service, product knowledge, fun and passion. Acts as shift leader with clients and staff. 

MEASUREMENT:

Ability to give guests a fantastic and memorable experience  

Knowledge of standards  

Ability to coach standards in a positive manor

Ability to bring passion, creativity and desire to have fun to work  

Is fully trained on Event Manager’s role and responsibilities  

Able to take on Event Manager’s role due to illness or vacation  

Understands and practices all booking procedures  

Fully understands and follows all sales procedures

The job is needing someone with a flexible schedule as shifts are based on incoming events and change weekly.
