You will improve production models through applied data science, performance analysis, and continuous improvement. The role delivers measurable results for business teams while supporting platform quality, reliability, and evolution.Key Responsibilities:
Define quality metrics for classification, extraction, validation, and confidence scoresBuild reference, validation, and test datasets for model evaluationAnalyze production results and identify causes of problemsDevelop models, prompts, thresholds, and validation rulesTrack performance, detect drift, and recommend adjustmentsRequirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related fieldSeven to ten years of relevant experienceExperience evaluating models or improving production solutionsSolid Python experience and solid SQL knowledgeFrench and English language proficiencyBring applied artificial intelligence, Python, and model monitoring expertise to National Bank’s enterprise automation platform.
