SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
Le responsable d'entrepôt, sous la supervision de l’équipe de gestion, veille à diriger l’ensemble des processus de réception, de distribution et du traitement de la marchandise en entrepôt.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Être responsable de la bonne tenue de son département et de l'entretien de celui-ci;
Veiller à coordonner le travail des employés de son département;
Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et les transporteurs lorsque nécessaire;
Acheminer la marchandise reçue dans les rayons ou la placer dans l’entrepôt pour la rendre disponible aux étalagistes;
Vérifier l'état, la date et la quantité de la marchandise reçue afin de voir si ces éléments concordent avec les documents du transporteur;
Effectuer la vérification des bons de réception pour valider que les quantités de marchandise, les prix courants, les tailles, et les couleurs sont conformes aux informations du bon de commande;
Étiqueter la marchandise à l'aide des informations indiquées sur le bon de commande tout en respectant les normes d’étiquetage Aubainerie;
Procéder à l’entrée des données dans le système informatique;
Surveiller l’inventaire des fournitures et du matériel de l’entrepôt et veiller à effectuer les commandes lorsque requis;
Respecter les normes de santé et sécurité au travail dans l'accomplissement de ses tâches;
Manipuler les équipements et la marchandise avec soin afin de minimiser les pertes;
Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes.
PRÉ-REQUIS DU POSTE
Expérience dans une fonction similaire;
Excellente gestion du temps et des priorités;
Habiletés à utiliser différents outils informatiques tel qu'un "ERP"
Autonomie, rigueur et souci du détail.
Permis de conduire classe 5
