Operations Support Clerk

Brannon Steel is looking for an  Operations Support Clerk  to join our team on the  day shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM . This role provides essential administrative and operational support to our shop floor and production teams, helping keep daily manufacturing activities organized, accurate, and on schedule. The successful candidate will work closely with production, shipping, and other departments to coordinate information, maintain records, and support the efficient flow of materials and work throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Starting wage: $21.45 and up based on experience.

Responsbilities:

1. Read and interpret production documents with hand notations.
2. Enter production data in Navision ERP system including material consumption and costing.
3. Identify data discrepancies and investigate as needed.
4. Communicate with production staff as needed.
5. Contribute to the integrity and maintenance of production databases, files, processes and systems.
