North America Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy Lead

Bison Transport is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to guide our recruitment strategy across North America and ensure we have the talent to support our growth.Reporting to the VP, HR & People Development, you will lead Talent Acquisition across Canada, the United States and Mexico, partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive pipelines. This role blends workforce planning with talent strategy to build capabilities for the future.
